Wallet Recovery

The Capsule Portal is the easiest way to regain access to your wallet if it has been lost. You’ll need the following to restore access:

1. Access to your social login, email, or phone number
2. 2FA (if you set it up)
3. Your Recovery Secret, which you saved during the account creation process

Please follow the steps in the Capsule Portal in order to go through recovery. You may experience a 48-hour delay before your account is recovered

Replacing Recovery Secret

If you are unable to find your Recovery Secret, head to Capsule Connect and log in. Press on the settings icon in order to Replace Recovery Secret. This will grant you a new Recovery Secret. This will invalidate your old Recovery Secret, much like resetting a password.
